When you book an appointment at Chez LouLou, we reserve the time and space, especially for you. Therefore, we ask all clients to place a credit card on file when booking an appointment (we'll reach out to confirm). All consultation appointments are $25 and must be pre-paid.
 

If any appointment is canceled within 72 hours, 50% of the service cost will be charged automatically to the card on file. If a client is a no-call/no-show, 100% of the service will be charged automatically to the card on file.
